Because we are closely connected with France. Because the inhabitants of our village are called "French" in the neighboring communities. Because we work on our winery with Chardonnay, a French grape. Because we love French food and the French understanding of gastronomy. That's why France had to become part of our gastronomic vision.

At the same time, we have a deep connection with our region. The Seewinkel and its treasures are an integral part of our philosophy. Tasting the terroir of a region is part of our understanding of what makes good, what makes great cuisine.

Practical Information

In our restaurant, guests can enjoy an ever-changing menu. Since we serve only one menu, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance of any intolerances to ensure an optimal dining experience.

We are also very happy to welcome young guests in our restaurant. If you have any special food requests for your children, please let us know in advance.

Please understand that pets are unfortunately not allowed in our restaurant.

Opening hours 2025

Open:

April 11 to May 31: Friday and Saturday from 6:00 PM (last order at 7:30 PM)

June 5 to September 27: Thursday to Saturday from 6:00 PM (last order at 7:30 PM)

October 3 to November 30: Friday and Saturday from 6:00 PM (last order at 7:30 PM)

Breakfast for hotel guests daily from 8:00 AM to 10:15 AM.

Closed:

January 1 to April 10, October 20 to 26, December 24 to 30.
